We offer custom decals, hats, mugs, stickers, and other merchandise featuring livestock brands. Our brand search tool allows you to find registered brands, and our brand designer tool allows you to design custom brands.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors and dimensions may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply to your purchase.

Livestock Brand Database and Public Records

Livestock brands are public records registered with state and local government agencies. Ranch Brand Search provides access to these public records as a public service to help ranchers, brand inspectors, and the general public search and reference registered brands.

We do not claim ownership or copyright over any livestock brand designs displayed on this website. The brand images shown are generated dynamically based on public record data when users search for and select brands. These images are reproductions of publicly registered brand records and are displayed for informational and identification purposes.

Customer Responsibility for Brand Usage

By placing an order with Ranch Brand Search, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have full permission and legal authority to produce merchandise featuring the brand you have selected
• You are the registered owner of the brand, or you have obtained explicit permission from the brand owner to create merchandise featuring their brand
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the brand for the purpose of creating merchandise
• You understand that Ranch Brand Search creates products based on your specific requests and selections
• You will indemnify and hold Ranch Brand Search harmless from any claims arising from your unauthorized use of a brand

Ranch Brand Search operates as a custom production service. When you select a brand and place an order, you are directing us to produce merchandise based on your selection. The customer is the party engaging in the creation of materials through their purchasing decisions. We fulfill orders based on customer requests and do not independently decide which brands to produce merchandise for.

Ranch Brand Search's Role as Producer

Ranch Brand Search is a custom merchandise producer that creates products based on customer requests. We:

• Do not hold inventory of merchandise featuring brands that we do not explicitly own or have rights to
• Produce items on-demand based on the specific brand selections made by our customers
• Do not claim ownership or rights to any customer-selected brands
• Rely on customers to ensure they have proper authorization to order merchandise featuring their selected brands

DMCA and Takedown Requests

Ranch Brand Search respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a brand holder or copyright holder and believe that content on our website infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown request.

To Submit a Takedown Request

Please provide the following information:

• Identification of the brand or copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
• Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
